Paper Submission Guidelines

The Organising Committee kindly requests that papers be submitted through the website https://icoc.christuniversity.in/ using the dedicated form. Each author is kindly requested to submit one paper only. Submissions should indicate the thematic section for which the paper is intended and shall be written in English. Submissions should not exceed 2000 words. They should be accompanied by an abstract of 200 words and up to 5 keywords (in alphabetical order).

Only files in the *.doc, *.docx, and *pdf formats can be uploaded.  Please note that Uploaded abstracts and papers cannot be modified.  To facilitate submissions, we recommend using the template below. Only documents of an Organisational Culture, Work Values, and Organisational Performance in Higher Education Institutions nature will be considered for inclusion in the program. The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers based on scholarly quality.
